Oh my gosh, I hear you. I would LOVE to have a long, restful night’s sleep. I can’t remember the last time that happened! It’s a wicked combo of not being able to get comfy (with the expanders), hot flashes/night sweats, and then just general anxiety/worries. A nap is definitely in store for me today…I hope!

I understand. I don’t have the expanders yet. But with the hot flashes and night sweats I can’t remember the last good nights sleep I had.
